COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

A serious, deeply human way of caring for you, with a clear method and no one-size-fits-all formulas.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy sessions focused on your well-being, your values and your goals.

HOW IT WORKS

How does CBT work?

CBT helps you develop healthier ways of thinking, expanding positive emotions and reducing negative ones. It teaches emotional regulation techniques and encourages small changes in behavior. All guided by each person's values, goals and aspirations.

1

Think better

Develop healthier thoughts that expand positive emotions and reduce negative ones.

2

Regulate emotions

Techniques to ease discomfort and learn to better handle what you feel in everyday life.

3

Put it into practice

Small changes in behavior, every day, to learn new ways of thinking and acting.

WHO WILL SEE YOU

My name is Fernando. I'm a psychologist (CRP 07/26567) and a specialist in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with 10 years of clinical experience. I also hold a master's degree and a PhD in Psychology.

I split my time between clinical work and training other professionals: I work as a supervisor at higher education institutions and mentor psychologists and researchers.

I believe in serious therapy without ready-made formulas, built from what each person brings, their values and what they want for their own life.
